Clarksville competes at Westwood

SCOTTSBURG, Ind. — The Clarksville girls golf team continued its forward momentum on August 20, competing in a multi-team operational match hosted by Scottsburg at Westwood Golf Course. As the Generals work toward their season goals, the afternoon yielded encouraging signs of growth on the course. Sophie Skaggs led the way for Clarksville, firing a solid round of 63 to highlight the day's efforts. Teammate Josselin Gomar-Escobar turned in a strong performance of her own, finishing close behind with a 60. Silver Creek took top honors on the team leaderboard with a low score of 227. Paoli’s Camley Whitefield earned match medalist distinction after carding an impressive round of 39.
